Welcome to the
frankensocks blog!
I am new at this blogging stuff and have no idea how my
frankensocks feel about being exposed to the world like this but I have managed to convince some of them that perhaps this would help them find some homes.
Frankensocks are a colony of mateless socks seeking adult human companionship. Each have a name and many hold jobs and have interests. Every week I will feature a new
frankensock and give a small bio. You may have already met Gary, the very first featured
frankensock. He has already been adopted and now lives on a ranch in B.C..
This week I will introduce my very first
frankensock.
This is Frank. He is a student of Orthodentistry. Clearly you can see his motivation behind his career choice. It didn't occur to him that perhaps he would benefit from being a patient rather than a student, but who am I to say.
Forgive me, but Frank is rather crude. He was handstitched beside a pool last summer and was made by a pair of previously loved socks, thusly, is he is not on the adoption list.
Rest assured, all other
frankensocks are machine sewn with unadulterated, fresh from the store pairs of socks.
Please check in with us periodically. Once I have my head wrapped around the technology of website design and blogging, there will be an opportunity for you to adopt your very own
frankensock.
I just want to give a big shout out to my pal S2. He is responsible for placing my little sock dudes in cyberspace and without him, they would be destined to travel in my backpack on countless errands and coffee shop dates in hopes of being discovered.
Smell ya later!!
